SHIPPING POLICY:

Bloom Society provides free discreet shipping throughout California for any orders over $80. Orders under $80 will be charged $10 for standard shipping.

 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS:

WE CANNOT DELIVER TO

 

  • FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FACILITIES
  • MILITARY BASES
  • COLLEGE CAMPUSES!

DELIVERY TO RURAL OR REMOTE AREAS:

While we do pride ourselves for being one of the only online collectives that serves all of California, rural or remote areas do have a chance of taking a day longer due to shipping routes to the locations of these areas, or unforeseeable events such as weather, traffic, road closures, etc.  We ask that you please take this into consideration if you do reside in a remote area.  

DELIVERY ACCESS:

To insure fastest delivery is to place the order before 3PM. Please include any important details or information to gain access to your residence if you live in a gated community or apartment complex, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee on time delivery.  While patients don't need to be present to sign for delivery, they MUST be the recipient at the address delivered via our terms and collective agreement. All orders are given automatic email notifications that will include tracking number and will notify you when your order is shipped and when it's been delivered. If you'd like to request signature for your package, please let us know directly.

 

 

ORDER DEADLINE:

Orders submitted and paid before 3PM will be shipped out that day. Orders submitted and paid after 3PM Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be sent Monday morning. Delivery times can vary, but usually orders will arrive between 8AM to END OF DAY based on their location (rural or remote areas do have a chance of taking a day longer due to shipping routes to the locations of these areas)

RETURN POLICY:

 

Because we want to insure the highest quality medication we cannot accept returns and all donations are final. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the service or quality of medicine you received, please contact us so that we can help address any concerns
